The Cuisine Certificate gives you hands-on practice with meat, poultry, and seafood. Learn how to make restaurant-quality sauces, roll fresh pasta, gnocchi, and cook potatoes, vegetables, and grains. The Cuisine Certificate includes 96 hours of training. It can generally be completed over 5 to 8 weeks.
