Pastry & Baking Certificate

Sweeten the Deal

Mixology Certificate

Shaken, Stirred, Served

Mixology is the preparation and knowledge you have ready long before the guests walk in the door. It’s the art of creating flavors, tincture, syrups, and bitters that go perfectly with the other ingredients in a cocktail. It’s experimenting with techniques, flavors, and textures to create your own cocktails that become more than just a drink but a memorable experience for your guests.

Impress family, friends, and customers with cool-looking and better tasting cocktails. Acquire essential skills you can show off straight away, either behind a bar or at a party. Build a foundation for a rewarding bartending career.
