We occasionally offer short classes, but it’s hard to learn how to cook from a three hour program. You might learn how to make a certain dish, but that won’t necessarily give you the tools you need to create your own dishes. Our program is designed to very quickly teach you everything you need to know, so you can make anything you want to make... even things you didn’t think you could make....

Jon specializes in handcrafted, vineyard designated Pinot Noir with a singular sense of place and time.
